Cuba has already received one million international visitors this year at a time when the national tourism industry is immersed in a broad investment process
With great joy, the Cuba destination receives today one million international visitors.
These results are obtained as of the joint effort of all government agencies and the State involved in tourism, Janet Ayala, chief of Communication at the Ministry of Tourism (MINTUR), posted on Facebook.
Workers of the sector and particularly women are the main asset of these results, she says.
#CubaTravel and #CubaDestinoSeguro are some of the tags Ayala shared on Facebook.
The island continues these days immersed in the high tourism season.
The Caribbean nation has about 67,000 hotel rooms and more than 21,000 rooms in family accommodations, according to data released by the MINTUR.
