The announcement was made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez, on his X social network account, where he welcomed the delegations of the Colombian executive and the ELN contender.
The Cuban Foreign Minister ratified the commitment of the Caribbean island to the peace of that South American nation, in its role as Guarantor State of that process.
On the matter, Rodríguez spoke in Uganda with his counterparts from Venezuela, Yván Gil, and from Nicaragua, Denis Moncada, in the context of the recently concluded summit of the Non-Aligned Movement and the Southern Summit (Group of 77 and China).
