President Hugo Chavez Back in Venezuela

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez announced on Friday afternoon by way of the Twitter social network that he’s back in his country from Havana, where he underwent surgery and rested following medical recommendations.

He wrote: “We had lunch with Fidel. He sent a huge embrace to the people of Venezuela! We’ll live and we’ll win!” and added: “Raul came to see us off at the airport and also sends greetings in the spirits of Marti and Bolivar! Long live Cuba! Long live Venezuel”.
