Cuban VP Attends Inauguration of Jamaican Prime Minister


The Vice President of the Council of State of Cuba Esteban Lazo will attend on Thursday the inauguration of the elected Prime Minister of Jamaica, Portia Simpson-Miller, officials said.

Lazo is leading the Cuban delegation also composed by the Vice Minister of Foreign affairs Rogelio Sierra, said the newspaper Granma.

Simpson-Miller of the Jamaica’s National People’s Party, won the general elections of December 29, where she summoned one million 648, 036 voters.
