The Greek people voted NO with over 61% against a bailout proposal of international creditors.

The referendum gave the Tsipras government both support and legitimacy to keep on negotiating with European institutions and the International Monetary Fund.

In his message Raul said that the referendum result shows the support of the Greek people for the brave stance of the government headed by Tsipras and he reiterated his highest consideration and esteem.
