Cabaiguan Hosts 26th of July Celebration in Sancti Spiritus

The commemoration ceremony will take place Friday, July 24^th, at seven o’clock in the morning, in the town city of the municiplaity.

As per agreement of the Executive Bureau of the Provincial Committee of the Party, the municipality of Cabaiguan, in the central Cuban province of Sancti Spiritus, will host the provincial commemoration on occasion of the 52^nd anniversary of the attack on Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes garrisons.

When supporting the decision, the political body highlighted the achievements of this territory in the production of foodstuffs and tobacco, as well as the relevant  results attained in education, health services —zero infant mortality per thousand live births—, transportation, and in commercial and defense matters, among other relevant issues.

Likewise, the Provincial Bureau of the Party agreed to send a message of recognition to the people of Cabaiguán and to all residents of the province, while encouraging them to redouble efforts to consolidate achievements, and to keep on working on the implementation of the Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution.

According to the Provincial Bureau accord, the commemoration will take place Friday, July 24^th, at seven o’clock in the morning.
