The official made the announcement through his Twitter account @VillegasPoljakE.

This Monday Venezuelans commemorated the 21st anniversary of the rebellion of February 4, 1992, led by the current head of state, which demanded dignity for Venezuela.

In the afternoon there was a massive act at the Museo Historico Militar, located in this capital, which followed a popular march from different places of the city.
