Cuba’s Workers Union (CTC for its Spanish acronym) convened its members and every Cuban worker to celebrate May Day with a massive parade. For  Cubans,  May Day equals joy and revolutionary confirmation.
For every Cuban, May Day equals joy and revolutionary confirmation, a day to honor our union leadership and work, those who give their best, both individually and assembled, and those who meet their economic plans and show the results both through production and services, said Trabajadores daily.

Celebrating the parade nation wide will help reaffirm support to the Socialist Revolution from the workers and the people, reaffirm commitment to fulfill the Socio-Economic Guidelines of the Party and the Revolution, the newspaper added.

Let’s our presence help reaffirm as our supreme duty to preserve and improve Socialism, together with our Party, Fidel and Raul!, said Trabajadores.
