Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez left for his country from Havana on the night of April 25. On Wednesday night, President Chavez informed about his return to the country, after concluding in this capital another stage of his medical treatment against cancer.

He was seen off by Army General Raul Castro, President of the councils of State and Ministers, after having a short, animated conversation at the Jose Marti International Airport.

By way of his @chavezcandanga in twitter, the head of state commented that he was already in the aircraft that was taking him back home.
