Colombians voted NO in the referendum to approve the peace accord signed between the government and the FARC-EP last week
From Bogota, Prensa Latina reported that after over 99.4 percent the polls had been counted, the No option had received some 6.417 million votes, that amounts for 50.2 percent of the total.
Meanwhile, 6.356 million voted YES, for a 49.7 percent, with barely 59 thousand votes between the two options, in a voting where just a third of all registered Colombian went to the polling stations.
