Cuba Parliament permanent commissions will meet Saturday through Monday at Havana’s Convention Center to analyze issues ahead of the 5th Parliament Session scheduled for Wednesday, July 15th.
According to their areas of attention, the commissions will address people’s concerns and opinions in debates with the participation of public officials.
The performance of the country’s economic plan and budget in the first half of the year; housing, water resources, recycling, illegalities and social indiscipline, private entrepreneurship and banking issues will also be on the agenda for discussion.
The implementation of a law on Maritime, River and Lagoon Navigation and its complementary legislation also appears on the agenda of the commission dealing with these issues.
