Raul Castro to Address Media about USA Issues

Army General Raul Castro, president of the Councils of State and Ministers, will address the Cuban people and the international public opinion this Wednesday, December 17^th, at noon, to make an important announcement concerning the relations with the United States.

At 12:00 hours, Cuban radio and television will simultaneously broadcast the president’s speech, which will be also transmitted by Cubavisión Internacional, Radio Havana Cuba and the rest of the media web sites of the island.
