Hotel Business to be Fostered in Sancti Spiritus

Cuban Minister of Tourism, Manuel Marrero Cruz, expressed his satisfaction with the changes that have taken place around historic Sancti Spiritus, which will avail the inclusion of the area in the country’s main tourism circuits.

He said that the expansion of hotel accommodation in this territory, where there is plenty of heritage values, is one of the priorities of the tourism sector in Cuba.

The Cuban minister pointed out that the actions carried out on occasion of the 500^th anniversary of the fourth Cuban village, will definitely help foster tourism.

Marrero Cruz anticipated that several tourism facilities will be opened next June 3^rd.
