Exportation Products Increased in Sancti Spiritus

by Mary Luz BorregoSancti Spiritus products aimed at exportation in different markets have increased this year, mainly those of lobsters, fish, shrimp farm, tobacco, honey, charcoal and metal scrap. These items are highly prestigious in Southeast Asia, Europe, Canada, France, Chile, Germany and the Caribbean. 

The above mentioned items are praised among its diverse clients in the whole world, as in Southeast Asia, Europe, Canada, France, Chile, Germany and the Caribbean.

More than 20 enterprises in Sancti Spiritus have been responsible for the boost of at least 25 exportable goods of excellent quality and prestige that allows them to compete in the most demanding markets.

Other key exportation products include sugar, spirits and marble. However, the import substitution should be also taken into account if we are to tackle the current economic crisis.
