Ricardo Cabrisas, vice president of the Cuban Council of Ministers, arrived in Beijing on Sunday heading the island’s delegation to the 24th session of the Cuba-China Intergovernmental Commission for Trade-Economic Relations.

Prior to the meeting, Cabrisas will hold a series of meetings with local authorities of different sectors in which both nations have established cooperation accords.
The 24th session of the Cuba-China Intergovernmental Commission for Trade-Economic Relations began last Thursday at the experts’ level and it is expected that, on this occasion, both sides will sign various agreements to further develop medium-term cooperation.
