Cuba denounced that 22,872 students with special needs were affected by the damage caused by the United States blockade imposed on the island over 50 years.From the special school Solidaridad con Panama (Solidarity with Panama), the Deputy Foreign Minister Abelardo Moreno explained the document: Necessity of ending the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States against Cuba, which collects all the damages that occurred from April 2013 to June 2014.

He announced that this document will be reported in the 68 session of the United Nations; while he recalled that in the last session 188 of the 193 member states supported Cuba’s report.
